Magic for Schala works for me.  As for tech's...

- Here it is in game.  Some colors are "slighty" changed.  I also was able to get a separate color for her earrings.

I picked a random sprite sheet to place Schala over to organize her.  That's really about it.

Walking side is implemented along with looking down.  All idle stances are as well.

Front walk is almost ready.  I decided to animate the hair to make not so stiff but just now noticed that I can free up at least 7 blocks via SA.  Since this, I have more room now for animating the hair without destroying something else.

Loving how this is coming out.

So she'll walk regularly, but float when she's running, like Janus does? Sounds cool. :D

Why is her affinity Shadow though? o.O Due to her personality, it should definitely be Light... Or were you just putting her portrait on Magus's status sheet?

But seriously, wow. Loving this. It looks like you're making this for the SNES version though... Shouldn't you make a DS version too? o.O Not to push you or anything.

Keep up the good work! ;) At this rate, we'll have Schala as a PC pretty soon! I can't wait! :D

I'd rather not bother hacking the DS version.  And yes, I haven't changed anything really except the sprites.  Her affinity will be different later on.
