The huts of Ioka were constructed out of covering and a central wooden post. Fires were maintained in in a corner, while supplies were scattered throughout. Additional foodstuffs were hung from the tent by rope, and a rock that probably served as a cutting board was present in each hut (additional to the rocks surrounding the fire). Some dwellings were decorated with antlers or horns as spoils of hunting, and sleeping seems to have been done on Tiger skins. One of the inhabitants of Ioka maintained a well containing "Sweet Water" which replenished the strength of Crono and his party. A man also grants the party a Tonic before they set out to find the Gate Key in the Reptite Lair.
