This was originally the only thread for Chrono Shift, but now will be used for progress reports exclusively, as the thread has been upgraded to a board for better organization!

Most impressive.  A suggestion...is it possible to get the sprite to do the finger snapping thingy that Norstein does?  That would be cool to see a full human do.

I'm an artsy fartsy kinda guy. I stole the actual background and the "Chrono" part of the logo came from a vector version I edited in photoshop, exported as a 256 color png, and loaded it into rm2k3 to screengrab what we have there! I'll upload a higher-resolution version if anyone's interested.

Well I made a song for this project ladies and gents, it's a remix of "Day of Summer", the intro song of Radical Dreamers. I titled it "Radical Dreams" plainly enough. The youtube video is still processing, but in the meantime there is a download link in the description:

That youtube video is basically what it looks like when I start the test run to check my maps and sprites! Neat!

it's not often you see a fan made prequel to CT. The only other one I can think of is With His Father's Sword.

This is still an active project. The project forum is no longer in use, but is still around.

Currently, everything else is "secret secret" til I have a demo ready.

How bout some main character concept art?




BTW if anyone else wants to do art for me, let me know. I'm not very good at anime stylez.  :lol: EVERYONE LOOKS ANGRY!!!
