I still think it'd be best to get the finalized sprite ready so you have a base to go with.

I suppose, there's gonna be a lot more modifying though once MagilsugaM is finished with the heads (if he ever finishes LOL I think he must have died in the process)

Okay I understand, I've had a lot of exams and crap lately myself and it's a real pain in the rear I'm finished now though thank goodness.

Personally I don't think we should worry too much about color until we completely finish the sprites
Having an almost finalized palette should make everything faster, though. The original sprite sheet was using like 84 unique colors and some things were a little hard to reduce to 16 colors. O_o

Well I hope MagilsugaM read the last 100 posts coz he's editing the sheet atm and If he didn't I'll have to bring it back to 16 colors when he's done. But thank you for your efforts on the colors it must have been a real pain in the arse.

Exactly.  The portrait itself had like a billion colors along with the bed, that's why the sheet color was up more.

I was meaning to do a sketch of Schala in her new outfit for a while to show what I intended it to look like but hadn't done it coz I'm a lazy arse but I got bored so here.

Edit 2:...It also seems like in her front stance, her head is off of her neck ._.

Edit 3: Here's what I did for her outfit...based off the image mostly.
