Fight For Our Future! Guitar-driven battle theme remix

Sup.

I've been working on this tune for a few weeks now, and with enough input from other musicians, I've decided to get input content-wise on the tune from people who know enough about CT itself.

Entitled "Fight For Our Future!", it is a medium-length epic (4 minutess) chronicling Chrono Trigger's battle theme, a snippet of Schala, and a snippet of the reptite's theme. Driven primarily by crushing guitars, with a tad bit of orchestra thrown in.

Any suggestions/flames? If it's well received enough I will likely consider doing more Chrono Trigger music.

I receive it extremely well! The only thing I could suggest would be to have the guitars that start at 00:06 follow the intonation of the original battle music more closely, if that makes any sense. Ha! The fact that I'm using the word "intonation" probably shows my total lack of music production knowledge.

I particularly liked the ending, well almost all of it.

I didn't like the absolute ending, like the last 5 seconds. You needed a much more powerful ending for this song than to simple fade it out. At least IMHO.

If there's one thing I always want more of, it's renditions of Chrono music - especially great ones like this. I actually like the difference between the guitars to the original music, myself... but I do agree with Glennleo about the ending, it's pretty awesome, right up to the last three seconds, where I totally agree that it needs a powerful ending.

I thought it was very well-done.  I'd love to hear more.  Chrono Trigger music is great music, but it's also great to change into something else.

Truly well executed, so much so, that I felt, at least on the Xenogears remix, that vocals would have fit right in at a certain point.

Just wanted to update everyone; I've reworked the song. Rerecorded the drums completely for a more dynamic, involving sound. Also rerecorded the Schala interlude in the middle, and recorded a new ending.
