the program you use shouldn't matter as long as you know how to make the effect. a flat polygon would have been more the sufficent for the body, and latching a few extra angles in the head would have make a cloth effect. really, its all up to how much the artist know hows.

For the record, Robo (always renamed him R2-D2) is my favorite playable char . . . hate picking Magus cause it's the obvious choice, but Robo is an early character, who packs a wallop, and is pretty funny, with some funk to his groove . . .

(It's late, I hope what I just said makes sense after some obviously much-needed rest)

OMG, if you were somehow able to make that CG an actual model, I would buy it, supposing, of course, it was $100 or less. I am a college student...

But you have truly amazing talent with CG. I hope it brings you joy all your life =)

There are 3d printers. I'm not sure how much it costs to use them, or if you need to format things in a special way, but you'd likely still have to paint the model.

Forget $100 or less, I'd go for more! $1000 is where I might hit my limit cause I'm not rich. I'd proceed to hurt people in venomous ways if they put up a higher bid(I have toxic lips :P)

Seriously, it's a wonder when, random forum-ites on random CT websites can make AWESOME models like this (let alone the less shiny, more realistic one you have elsewhere), it's a wonder that Square hasn't at least stepped towards f-ing making a remake of this game, with updated graphics.

CT is one of those game which, when updated, should be very lightly updated, with little changes. I say upgrade the graphics and leave the game-camera, combat-style, main storyline, ect ect ect.

Alas, I'm super super poor. Maybe when school stops draining all my money, and I can save, would I be willing to up my ante. That, or I'm just a cheapskate =]
