Darkness Beyond Time - Dead Project Discussion / Re: Here it goes!
« on: August 13, 2008, 02:54:11 pm »
Thank you much, Zakyrus.
Just letting everyone know I'm still alive, I'm using the library comps for the next few months until I can get my real life situation back under control, so until then don't expect to see any pics, etc. of the work. Project is running smoothly, however. No worries.

Just to let everyone know, I have moved locations in real life and do not have internet at my new pad, which is the reason I have not been active in the forums lately. Don't expect to hear from me often, but I'll do my best to keep you all in touch. Re-Amped WILL be finished, I am still working on the project.

Karsh was a bad ass, I think. Other than that, I never really got attached to ANY of the characters in Cross.
I definitely like the game, but I am a firm believer in "Less Characters = Better". I'm definitely not a fan of the 40 character thing, it just doesn't make enough room for character development, IMO. Although it DOES make for good replay, I suppose, but the story of an RPG is the backbone, IMO.

Well, good news, everyone. Comp is back together and Re-Amped is back in development (Actually, I fixed the comp about 2 weeks ago, but I've been outta town). This was a big setback, but everything is back together now and I'm back working on the project.

Heh... You have no idea. It takes a lot of work. Patience, it may take a long time but it will get done.
As for the Naga-Ette thing.... Is anyone actually going to look at that as a problem? You can kill them with a few hits, even with their high defense.
I think it works fine, anyway.

This is a pretty good idea for a thread, but unfortunately, I don't have any pics from when I was little.

FFX-2 did have a great battle system and stuff, but good lord, was that story awful and the horrid voice overs made it even worse. So despite it's awesome battle system and whatnot, I still say DAMN FFX-2!
Anywho....

Never heard of the toothpaste method before, either. I've always boiled my CDs, and it's always worked. Just fill a pan with water, bring it to a boil, keep it submerged for about 20-30 seconds, pull er out, wipe er clean, then play.
It's always worked for me, anyways, but I never had extreme problems like cracks in my CDs, either.

Chronoverse?
Wow, I didn't even think about THAT.
So yeah, I wonder if it is going to be a new CHRONO RPG or just a new RPG of.... W/E.
