We have a project as an unofficial ct sequel, and are looking for people experienced in sprite editing, midi creation, and are willing to use rpg2k, not 2k3 or xp. If you are interested, pm me or post on this thread...
Here's the intro to the game...  
So we destroyed Lavos, and saved the planet! But we condemned our entire Universe... for we had created a Paradox Feedback Loop, We were whisked away just in time by Gaspar and Spekkio to a new dimension: Bhidjia… But no one can seem to locate Magus… Where is he? Why is he missing? Did he perish? Is he still alive in pehaps another dimension? Nobody knows, but more importantly nobody seems to care, apathy seems to have befallen all but I, Evanagi Murikro.

Um....why 2000?

2003 is better.....XP is MUCH better.....I don't see your reasoning. Oh, and I can't help because I'm making my own CT fangame at the moment sorry  :cry:

EDIT: eternal magus I could not agree more on what u said about rpg makers.  :lol:

As much as I'd like to, I'm much, much more interested in doing games from scratch, without an RPG maker.

I would love to do that but my skill in programming are so small, but i'm going to Cegep (college) in programming so I may try to do that!

i've done a couple a games in RPGMaker 2000. I even remember a project that would only follow Glenn and Cyrus, but have forgotten the entire point of. I would like to help

Sorry for taking so long to reply.
@eternal_magus: Possibly 2k3 could be used, but not xp. I already have chisets for 2k/2k3 but as everyone knows xp uses different chipsets.
