[DONE] Determine the best 2SF player and link it

The Music (Chrono Trigger) page hosts a rip of Chrono Trigger DS's music, which is coded in the 2SF format. I think there's still a debate about which is the best 2SF Winamp plugin or player, so we need to determine it and list it on the Music (Chrono Trigger) page.
