Hate to bring back and old OLD dead topic, but Mystik and I have been talking again and he's really interested in working on this project again.  So possibly after the Schala Project/Ultimate/8th Character, this will go back onto full force.  A lot of the problems we had before are easily solvable now, so it should really easy to work with this now.

just wondering because I would love to make this Virtual Console game for the Wii
it's just that the 48 mb roms arent supported yet...

It'll definitely be an expanded rom, there's no choice of the matter.

Double post.  I've been working on this quite a bit as of lately.  I think I might have gotten a concept artist to help out so things should flow smoothly a bit.  I've also gotten a lot of ideas on how to have a around...3 minute trailer of the very first major scene of the game and maybe some overworld things.  So expect something later in these few months.

- Just a really bad screeny of what to expect so far on Guile's area.

Yes, the palette is somewhat screwy, yes it is EXTREMELY bare, yes it's a concept idea.  There's A LOT of things to import and fix right now, but I'm re-setting up the basics that Nightmare did on the overworld and cleaning it up a bit so we can put domes here and there.

Nice, I like what you've done to the map, though the bridge colors are a little wonky.

Yea.  The palette is completely screwed up on that.  I have to make a new one for the bridge/cathedral.

Kind of an update but I'm thinking of redoing almost all of the characters designs and stuff.  Looking at the job of it, it's rather sloppy and stuff.  I really think Arris and the new char are the only 2 who will have the same design, everyone else needs something different.

In what will be possibly my last post on the Compendium for a while...

If you want, for Schala's redesign, you could give her the outfit she'll have for the first act of my fic, Chrono:TTSOD.

*gets slapped* Ow...

But seriously, if you decide you want to use it, go ahead. She gets like two other costume changes by the end of the fic anyway. I won't mind at all.

Couple of things, though. The outfit was sort of made for an older Schala in mind: In my fic, she's twenty three and has gone though one last growth spurt. I don't know if the cleavage might be too uncomfortable for you, though.

Anyway, just a thought. :)
