I need to know where I can get Final Fantasy Style Video Game Makers that are in English that will work for Windows XP.

I am creating a game for myself that will have various Characters and Enimies from over a Dozen RPGs And Music from over Twenty Titles.

There's always RPGMaker. I think the current iteration is called XP, but I'm not sure, it's been a while since I"ve used it. I've been using C++ more recently. Not as easy, but infinately more powerful.

The English translation of RPG Maker is pirated and crappy.  These programs are powerful and simplify the programming requirements, however you will have to learn to write real code.
