I think that was what I going for when drawing Alfador.
Need to get around to drawing long haired Glenn.
Just finished coloring Frog. Along with Robo and Alfador,
he was also something I haven't drawn before.

I dunno, Frog just doesn't seem as cute as the others... could be I just don't really like frogs. Still a good picture, for a difficult character to chibify :D

And that FMV Janus looks like he REALLY enjoys telling people they're about to die.

I think Zaya just needs a bit more practice doing Frog. His eyes should be a bit bigger, maybe? I think and he needs those whisker thingies, too...

Here's Toriyama's chibi versions of Crono & Co. (minus Magus...V_V)...



Frog & Robo don't look much different, though.

I dunno... Frog-Glenn looks...weird... His head looks funky. :/ He looks like a balloon or something... o_O Ah well, good job nonetheless. :) Janus and Alfador look pretty cool, though I don't think Janus looks "angry" enough... :p That may just be me though. Alfador looks nice too.

And yeah, when I saw Janus in that cutscene, I was like, "Dude, that guy is grinning from ear to ear... o_O He really, really likes telling people they're about to die, apparently... o_O" I like the sprite version better. Janus is just using his normal sprite, which has an annoyed/emo expression, instead of grinning ear to ear while he tells Crono and his friends that one of them's going to die a horrible death... o_O

(I also just don't like the anime renditions of the characters. Especially Crono and Janus. Crono probably because I hate DBZ, and yes, he does look a lot like Goku... And Janus just looks unnatural... o_O Waaaay different than the impression of his sprite to me. In my opinion, sprites > Toryiama's anime drawings)

But, uh, yeah, looking forward to Human-Glenn, Marle, and Ayla! :D (Say, could you do a chibi Lavos? His final form is humanoid... I think it would be pretty cool/cute. :p)

Oh. Sorry. I didn't know that. -_-; Yeah, I hated Glenn with short hair. He looks way cooler with long hair. (Although I imagine he'd hate it... I don't have nearly as long hair, and I keep having to get my hair cut because it feels like I have a bush on my head sometimes... -_-)
