The first 2 links are music from E.V.O. - Search for Eden(a snes game, aka 46 Okunen Monogatari). They are BGMs of dinosaur's land.

The last link, is Tyran Castle's BGM from CT. Seek to 47 seconds, does it sound similar to the two above?

There's a slight resemblance, but I can't say one was based off the other. They're similar enough to the point where you can hear the same sounding rhythm, but it's only momentary.

I heard that Kuja's theme from FF9 is a remix of Tyrano Lair, which is a remix of Cursed Earth from FFV, which is itself a remix of another song from FF3.

This is what I've heard, but when I listened to all the named songs on Youtube I couldn't hear them all the way through. It's important to remember that Tyrano Lair was one of Uematsu's handful of songs, not Mitsuda's, so it has more of the stuff he puts in his songs.

Ah! Yes, Tyrano Lair and Kuja's theme do have some peculiar similarities--good ear, I really need to replay some of these games. I can't really hear the connection between Cursed Earth and Tyrano Lair though...

Back in my first playthrough I noticed the Trance Kuja and Tyran Lair resemblance instantly and really got obsessed over whether it was a coincidence or not.
