One problem I've been having is old saves conflicting. For instance, I opened SNESPal and TileMolester, and made some changes. I realized that what I had saved in SNESPal was reverted when I resaved TileMolester, and vice-versa. I suppose these programs are saving the entire ROM image rather than only the changes you've made. So it has to be taken step by step.

She's in both. I just havent' been working on her much. Haven't been feeling to well =/
