Check the PSP website, it's on their list of remakes or something.

I call bull crap, its not on Square's Japanese PSP list, or North American, how about giving us a link?

Oh.. and I totally agree that we just put a TON too much thought into some of these things. Thats half the fun I suppose.

Irrelevant. I think I got it out wrong. What I should have meant was since FF series that was on SNES is being remade for it, people suspect that CT will be too.

Ah I see, no problem then. I was just very confused (and a bit disappointed lol). Oh well, you know what they say; when something sounds too good to be true...

The SNES Final Fantasy games are being remade for Nindendo's DS system, not Sony's PSP. Perhaps you mixed the two consoles up? I do not recall them ever announcing any PSP FF remakes...

Yeah, I think I'm stuffing up my information. This was like 2 months ago when I first and last heard about it >.<

Here's where it stands with the FF's.

FF4 has been ported to the GBA. Plans are in the works for GBA versions of 5 and 6 as well. Japan will be recieving a 3d update of FF3. There are currently no plans to put any of the older FFs on the PSP.

I remember reading in an old (like this is before GTA: San Andreas came out) "Play" magazine on the PSP, it said that were to be Final Fanatsy games on the PSP, though they didnt say remakes, they just said about new installments.

In some point in time I think that SE will put FF onto the PSP.

Most likely nothing will happen to the Chrono series for a while yet. Like i mean, there is all these massive communities and fans of the Chrono series, but I truly wonder if SE even knows this? If they did, I wonder would that make them think of creating a re-make, or betta yet, another installment to the series?

While there is this fan community, most of which would proably buy a remake of CT, I dont think SE thinks there is a big enough market outside of it for a remake. A new installment would be more popular, I think.

Yes, I think I probably wouldn't buy a remake. I'd buy a new installment before a remake. It wouldn't be as popular I don't think.

I've never liked the FF series. FF1, FF6, FF7, FF10 were the really only good ones. They were pretty much original. The rest are... Just different charaters, same plot but better graphics >.> They really have to stop milking it, and Dragon Quest. Like how many Dragon Quests are there now? 5?

Aww Well, Unless Masato gets back to Square or makes his own company, CB looks bleak. I think Masato kind hinted that he wouldn't make one. He said something like "It's good to know that it's all over now" or something about having a big break. I'll check that interview again.

Dragon Quest VIII was recently released state-side.
