That really is a nice picture..   I also never thought of Lavos having legs like that.  It gives him a more realistic and insect-like look.

That's either done by FA|Krispy or one of his friends. I remember him showing me the eye :)

very cool, the legs give him a completley different look, but it is a good look.

it would be very good if, for instance, there was an action/rpg remake of chrono trigger.

i wanna know where they learned how to make those kinds of spectacular models

Cool !!
well I like the original Lavos (with its small fangs instead of the huge legs) much, but the author sure still did a great work!

I think the legs are a nice touch. After all, otherwise Lavos would remain in the same spot forever and never be able to reach the surface in 1999 A.D.! Also, they are positioned and jointed in such a way that they would be conveniently invisible when it's not moving and, er, sitting down.

Scary, but an awesome job on the picture and rendering.

Funny, it looks a lot like a microscopic parasite...

What? No one's "OLD'D" this yet?? I distinctly remember this 3D pic of Lavos being part of someone's idea for a concept of a 3D remake of Chrono Trigger that did indeed use the Marrowind engine...I also remember seeing those legs and going, "wtf? that's not Lavos..."

Quoting for emphasis.

Still a nice model, though.
