Where to get "Missing Piece"?

Hmm, Someone told me to look at it, and that it was on the Chrono Compendium, but I didn't know where to look....
Can someone point me in the right direction? I want to rest out my japanese skills :D

I have a copy. I found it on a torrent. It's really cool. Lots of concept art, sketches, final art before being transformed into game material. There's also pictures of action figures they made to help promote the game.
