You know the stance in CT for him activating Lightning and Luminaire look a lot like Goku creating a Spirit Bomb... It could just be Toryinma, but its probably because he is SUPER SAIYAN!

He's a pretty crappy saiyan I must say though.  No flying, no fists going crazy, no kamehameha...  Yeah.
