Vigora from Aquator?

Could i possibly get the Vigora element from the Aquator in Terra Tower, since i saw him using it once, i figured you get it from him. After hearing that you can only get it from that thing you defeat to unlock Chronopolis, i was very frustrated..since i am past this point. Is it possible to get Vigora from the Aquator, or any other way? Or im doomed...

As you already know, you're a little late as you've already passed the Sea of Eden bosses; there's always New Game+, I guess. Sorry.
I'm just providing the following information in case you, or others need it.
Anyways you'll find it as a random drop, both common and rare, from a boss called Vita Unus at the Sea of Eden.
