My Firefox Bookmarks toolbar links have completely vanished with the other bookmarks. I restored a backup of the second category, but the ones on the bookmarks toolbar seem to be gone forever. If anyone with any experience in this area has any advice to offer, please do so.

Yeah, this happens when the computer crashes... I don't use any toolbar so I didn't know it doesn't backup. Normal bookmarks are reliable though. Also there should be extensions for those stuff but I don't know if they're useful.

Nonsense; I was merely remarking as to the risk inherent in embracing the new. I've had some troubles of my own with Firefox, but I still use it, and I still continue to upgrade as the new releases come out.

Sarcasm is a beautiful thing. I should've put , no?
Yes, Firefox does "rule" for non Mac users, and I don't find Opera all that pleasing.
