If you haven't already tried to do so, try using guash paint. Much nicer than regular old water color. Those are some pretty good shading effects you have especially on the lower right side of the island.

Uhhh... obscure? Krete's not that obscure, you know. In fact, for the entire 2000 - 1400BC era it was home to the Minoan civilization, one of the great old peoples of history... and, interestingly, a civilization that seems not to have been built on warfare. Though maybe it'd have been more fitting to have put him over Mount Etna in Sicily... after all, in myth it was Typhon the Terrible who was buried there.

I agree, the artist for CC certaintly did a better job than Toriyama did on CT, like you said, he just adds a bit of needed realism to the art and it turns out beautifully.
As far as a petition, that thing would never even get to the desk of anyone important at SE.

Magus is mentioned in Chrono Cross (remember the note Kid reads?), thus pointing towards the ending in which Magus is alive and is searching for Schala. It doesn't matter what path you chose as the canon is determined by the games creators.
