and awoke at midnight in a puddle of my own greasy vomit. Ugh.

Should I be disgusted or amused?  I can't make up my mind, so kudo's to you for making me indecisive!

I haven't heard about any of this until now.  Glad to see that the government institution itself is recognizing his apparent waste of American tax dollars.

It's in the Brady guide as a rare drop from Home World Wraiths which is where I think that rumor started, actually...

Yeah, this much IS true.  I have the guide in front of me now and it shows:

Dntel? Never heard of them. Are they/he/she/it any good?

If you like ambient music, then yes.  It's great night driving, night walking, and sleeping music.  Always worth a try.

Although I agree with most of what you said, there is the Nu in the Hunting Range in 65 Million BC BEFORE Lavos falls.

Is it like a Pasta Hut?

(If you don't know what Pasta Hut is, please watch television until you see the commercials.)

But do we actually know that no humans existed in the later Reptite timeline?  I mean, it's a bit of a stretch but there  COULD be...

That picture made me lol.

I wonder if Translanka REALLY looks like an eagle in the real world...?  I'd like to think so.

General Discussion / Re: The too much needed Final Fantasy thread!
« on: May 22, 2008, 07:31:47 pm »
I think that Final Fantasy X-2 had a GREAT combat engine.  It was fast enough to keep me from getting bored, the many Dress Spheres provided the customization and "classes" to keep it interesting, and the battles were varied enough to make me strategize (especially towards the end of the game).  I just wish it had more "man power" to back it up.

The battle system may be my favorite out of all the Final Fantasy games (meaning I - XII); the Tactics series is separate.

Now... if only Final Fantasy X-2 was as GREAT... *sigh*

Vehek, I was in the middle of typing such a thought when you beat me to it!  So now I have to start over...

Anywho, yeah, Grobyc WAS a cyborg.  Thus, he was first a human, with the cybernetics following.  As such, I doubt that Grobyc is actually 26 years old.  If he's been finished for 26 years, why hasn't he seen more action?  Sure, he can be upgraded (as shown by this final tech), but overall he doesn't capable of being a quarter-century old.  Most likely the human male that served as the Grobyc template was 26 years old.

Finally got around to reading this bad boy.  You did a great job, Thought.  Some simple cosmetic changes (mainly bolding various theory titles in order to provide better organization) will finalize the article and I'd say this beautiful piece of analysis is ready for publishing.  You left no rocks unturned, and that, my friend, is why it's exhaustingly good.

PS - I still plan on PMing you about our previous discussions.  I'm going to Scotland in a few days for two weeks, so once I get back, it's on.  It's on like Donkey Kong.

Truth be told, I had always written her off as a Lesbian. She never makes a move on Crono. EVER.

Really?  I mean, there's no evidence to support that she IS a lesbian, but then again, there's no evidence to support that she ISN'T a lesbian.  I sort of always paired her with Glenn (human form, no doubt) in my head.  Seeing as how she was sort of "yucked" out by him as Frog (she clearly didn't care much for amphibious frogs), it seemed ironic that as a human she would find him a total stud.

But alas - I also thought that their love could never be.  Lucca would be too worried about disrupting the space-time continuum and choose to never be with him.  Instead she would channel her passion for children, and thus start an orphanage for the parentless children of what had, at one point, been the world super power that is Guardia Kingdom.

THE END.
