Hey, about the vampire thing, just look at the case of Legacy of Kain's series, and specially the "Defiance". The legend tells the real truth about the curse vampires fought against, it wasn't bloodthirst, it was inmortality, they just couldn't bear to suicide or be killed, either by honor or fear. So death is not a tragedy, just a piece of the cycle.

Sorry, i played ff9 first, and i wasted more time in the hot and cold game than completing the game's story (indeed, i sucked), and they do kheeeeehhh there, so i cant erase that, even if its wark in the other games.
