Reality, Real-World Connections, and the Supernatural / A little something about Flea,Slash and Ozzie

Were these names inspired by the rock stars.
Ozzie= Ozzy Osborn
Slash= Slash...the guitarist from Gun's N Roses and Velvet Revolver
Flea= Flea...the crazy ass bassist from The Red Hot Chili Peppers
It seems werid theyw ould use those names. Did they jsut randomly do that? Is it spoused to be like that? Is there another reason for those names?
