No, I'm not. Why would any place NEED a new layout? Unless a layout is hideous and can't be navigated, there is no website I know that needs one.

I just thought it would be nice to offer a contest because I was looking at the layouts of the past that you just dug up and they look really pretty. The current one is nice, but it also would be pleasant to have something new to look at.

Since you said you don't want to do it, I thought that it could be possible to make a contest for creative people who want to show off their layout-making skills. Of course, that being said, I'm not one of those people, or else I'd offer to do it : (. I don't know enough html for it, and I'm not so good at navigating GIMP enough to make something better than what you already have.

I'm sure other could, though!
