No need to jump to unnecessary conclusions. I'm currently rushing through the game to pick up the changes. And yes, Ozzie is still Ozzie, Slash is still Slash, etc. None of the boss names have been changed, so far.

It still blows my mind that the music is even RICHER than it was on the SNES version.

I expected equal or worse quality, not better. It was a pleasant surprise.

Better music, eh? Good, good. I'll admit that I'm probably getting overly excited--and probably some others--but some of this news is big...huge, rather. Whatever though, once we hear some more the story behind what we're seeing, we'll have reason to be excited.

OHMYGODOHMYGODOHMYGODOHMYGODOHMYGODOHMYGOD

For this not to retcon Chrono Cross...does Magus go toe-to-toe with the Time Devourer and get...devoured?

On second thought, that thing isn't really even the Time Devourer. I mean, it's just Lavos with Schala attached. I mean, Jesus...

WAIT! What does the Japanese read for the boss name!? Oh, the humanity!

I hear ya man...the speculation and anticipation is destroying me--and it's only been like five minutes--someone needs to let us know just what's going on...

Why was this boss shown already? I thought you had to have fought the enemy to see it in the bestiary...

That's right. It's impossible to get the Bestiary data unless you've fought the enemy in question.

Btw they made Dalton more awesome.

Someone on Gamefaq's said there is a new Anime movie in CTDS after you beat the new final boss, no official word if this is true or not.

Magus' attempt to finish off Lavos in Ocean Palace has slightly increased in coolness. Now it's not "What?!! It doesn't work!", but "What? No effect at all?". And it actually looks like he's attacking, instead of hitting him with a stick.

uhhh... what about Flea? Why would you intentionally skip mentioning him?
My one fear with this release was that they would somehow end up completely messing up his true nature because of a poor translation, and what do I discover....
They actually included the FUCKING Time Devourer into the game!!

I sure hope to god this does not means what I think it means....
GOD!!

Why hasn't anyone found out more info on that pic yet!!??
Is it a matter of anyone not wanting further spoiling....?

Who is this 'mysterious' person who upped the pic, in the first place...?

<Brain explodes.>

<Reforms.>

What the FIZZLE?!

<Brain explodes once more.>

SPOILER TAG THIS THING! I had no idea I was gonna run into that. @_@

And also, the first part of the name is the kanji character for dream. I can't make out what the second one is though.

Don't worry Flea is still the same as well. Still his annoying old self.

I'll tell you who that "new" Lavos is after I finish the game (though it could be a NewGame+ thing, and in that case it's gonna take longer still.)
