If you've been to the Music (Chrono Trigger) page, you know that there are presumable a few demo tracks included in the game. These compose 65-74, not counting the full theme for Lavos. After review, it seems that these tracks actually aren't in the finished version of Chrono Trigger's ROM, and thus should not be included on that page. Apparently, the person who made the .spc rips included a few from the Prerelease, resulting in a half-baked bonus.
I'll thusly remove these tracks from the Chrono Trigger lineup, and redo the track pages and the Chrono Trigger Prerelease Music page to reflect the changes. Sorry about the deception; the guy who included those tracks singlehandedly duped everyone. You can get the full version of the Prerelease soundtrack
