Chrono Cross - Home World vs. Another World Differences
« on: August 06, 2011, 07:48:20 pm »
I couldn't think of a better title that got straight to the point...

Anyway, this is a chart I made to have easy access to which characters are existent in each world. I included along with the playable characters a handful of important characters who exist in only one world. Feel free to add to the list or fix anything that needs changing or additional detail. Use the link to view and/or download the file.

Luccia is frozen?
Or maybe you should add assumed.

Ah, you're right. I was reading off the Compendium's page for Luccia, which states she is frozen with the other Dragoons. Perhaps that should be fixed?

I'll change the chart to say "unknown" for Home World's Luccia.

EDIT: Also, for the Dragon Gods, I assume that when Kato said "it was made such that each in either world was destroyed," it meant FATE had terminated them. I don't know what or who else could, other than Belthasar.

XD that is not a big problem. A scientist like her should have no reason not to go to see the Dead Sea. Though a assumed sounds more strict.

BTW, maybe Turnip's a another version(or equivalent) is the always sleeping soldier?

BTWx2, if it was not Kato, I would like to think the second Miguel just disappeared with Chronopolis, when the Dead Sea was formed.

Mabye Fate found it not possible to fully control over the two worlds after the locking-up of the Flame, so he/it removed those duplicate dagons just in case they would unite once again?

I actually thought about writing Turnip's other world equivalent as the soldier. Since I wrote Orlha's equivalent as Tia, I should probably go back and do the same for Turnip.

Oh, which Miguel survived to be stationed at the Dead Sea? It's hard to believe he could survive the birth of such a twisted place while he was in the middle of it, yet Kato specifically says "The one who was in Chronopolis, was eliminated by FATE, I'm afraid."

Yeah. Imagine having two of the merged Dragon God running around.

Interesting...

By the way, I noticed Guile has it's entries switched.

At first I assumed this thread was about Nikki singing a Bon Jovi song.

But with all that dead, alive and frozen outcomes I just saw, thanks a lot! This is gonna haunt me again.

I keep thinking it's going to be about a DoAX style Cross fangame.

If Fate could remove half of the Dragons, why not remove all of them? They are it's enemy after all.

I don't think it's a good idea. Kid's breasts would double in size and bounce all over the place and she would do a lot of high-kicks, showing us her underwear all the time...   I think this would rob her of a bit of dignity.  :|
