Oh yeah, I have another one to add: The f***ing huge revelation in the middle of Baten Kaitos. Biggest plot twist ever, and it's even perfectly believable.

FFVI:  When the Floating continent is falling.  The actual events on it were good, but just seeing the destruction it caused on the planet... I was just like "Woah, what now!?"  The number two one is the battle at Narshe.

Illusion of Gaia: Ending when you look out at the Earth from Space, my favourite!

Illusion of Gaia was a GREAT game, but WAY too short.  Like EXTREMELY too short.  I finished it the first time I rented it.  I rented it again later since I was thinking of it, and again finished it.  It was a great idea, with interesting mechanics and good graphics, but in the end was just too short to be memorable.
