Some of my "works"
« on: September 08, 2007, 03:39:30 am »
I know most of you aren't very interested, but if so, why did you come to this thread?
Anyways, here's some of my works. BUT MAY I please get some comments on these. I neeed to know.

My version of the intro in Radical Dreamers (most of it), the game, just an audio one with the music it has, I posted it on the Crisis page a few days...(or day?) back. And I also had a runny nose when I recorded this. (er, still do, because it was just this week I recorded it)

Up next is a song I recorded a while back...probably around when I was in 8th grade, back when I was still learning guitar, so about two years ago, all music, no vocals. It's called Warm Summer Day.

Last but not least, is a song I recorded this year, which is the first song I've recorded with me singing on it, and that I was sort of satisfied with my singing, but not so much for the guitar part. I have 3 versions of this song, the 1st was a crude version with a lot of static, the 2nd backup vocals was added, extra guitar parts, static cleaned up, 3rd another guitar part, and other stuff. Oh and the song's called The Seasons.

I hope I can get at least one positive comment! LQTM (laugh quietly to myself) XD

OH I almost forgot about this one little bit I made...

...yes that is my voiced, I recorded it, put echo, and reversed it.

Sounds pretty good to me, but I have never played RD, so I can't really tell you if it is an improvement over the original or not.

This is probably the best song, at least for me, that you posted. It's simple, light, airy. It truly does feel like a warm summer day.

The sining wasn't as bad as I was expecting, but overall the song just wasn't my cup of tea. It wasn't bad, but I just wasn't feeling it I guess.

This song just freaked me out, so if you were going for that kind of effect, it worked!

Hehe, thanks, yes I was going for that creepy sound :D. And I'm finally glad that SOMEONE commented on it. I've been needing a comment on those for a while. Now I feel like I got the monkey off my back. And thank you again for posting.

Hehe, good one. If I only had a drumset...I mean I have a band but they don't do sh*t, they're lazy asses. But there's no room for a drumset anywhere in my house. Well...if my I were to move the bed and all the crap out of my sister's former room, then I'd have me a nice little recording studio.
