One thing I haven't seen mentioned is the fact that Radical Dreamers does in fact take place, just in an opposite timeline/dimension. This was proved via its conclusion in CC in Chronopolis, and via the simple fact that while yes CC retconned it position as official canon, it is still a part of the series. There is a Magus in that game as well, so the likelihood of this being another yet unseen Magus is certainly not the craziest theory to be brought about thus far.

Hello there.
Slightly off topic, but relevant none the less. If you're working here in Japan, can I assume then that you scored top rank on the JLPT? I'm looking to take that next year, and was just curious as to how much studying it entails (I know it doesn't have an oral exam, which is disappointing to say the least).
And for those who don't know, I live here as well, and would be happy to help, work with, or otherwise lend a brain over to translating materials more quickly and efficiently.

I've yet to thoroughly explore the Lost Sanctum at this point, but from what I gather at this early stage in the game's life, there are probably a lot of things we don't know about in regards to the Sanctum right now that will probably come to light after a large group of people have completed it.
I imagine any guide that's been made this early on will undergo a large amount of revisions before it's completely accurate, which is no fault of the excellent people who put the first efforts forth.

Does anyone else have perhaps any specific questions they'd like to ask about the content of the guide? I apologize if previous answers were general, but so were the questions, so I'd rather not have to post large chunks of information because people just wanted to know the broad strokes of the guide.^_^;; I apologize for the laziness, but college work here in Kyoto can do that to a person.

No evolution charts. Once again, just very basic information, a map of the place, and some scattered details here and there. As far as I can tell, nothing very useful.

Alright, turns out I lied. The book does contain info on the Lost Sanctum and the Dimensional Vortex.
The bad news is that it's so scant, that that's the reason I missed it in the first place. Both extras get a mere two pages each, neither detailing anything remotely useful about either dungeon set. Especially in the case of the Dimensional Vortex which only outlines where the three gates are, and what the maps for the gates look like. That's it. No strategy on any bosses, nothing.
The rest of the book serves as a fairly good guide to the game, with a list containing all teches, a full bestiary (Save for any creatures new to this version), and various info on every time period. Nothing enlightening in the least, but if you don't already know CT like the back of your hand, I certainly can't see you purchasing a worse guide at the moment (Given it's the only one available right now...).
I'd advise people wait though. When Sigma Harmonix had first came out, a third party guide was released, and then a few months later, SE released one with interviews, etc. They always do that, so you're better off waiting for the SE- super dooper better than all the rest buy our shit-version of the guide.

There is a way around the double eboot problem.
I'm using the double eboot on the latest CFW. It works.
You just need to boot from disc 2, and then when it asks you to change back to disc 1, switch over again. It freezes on the playstation screen if you just try from disc 1.

Fun little bit about the Japanese copy that I noticed.
I left Crono's name in katakana, and left everyone elses' names in English (Playing the game in English). But Ayla still calls him クロ.
Random, but just thought I'd mention it. Didn't expect the English option to include that. Haha.

If you have the newest CFW, then just test each version of popsloader till you find one that works.
You should be able to go without changing the ID or anything. Took me forever to figure it out.
I would also recommend downloading a copy that has the two discs on one eboot, otherwise you won't be able to switch discs because the swap comes at an awkward point.
I'd recommend psp-hacks.com. They have a lot of people who have asked the same question, so they should be able to answer it pretty handily.

My A-capella group attempted this song. We shortened it, and edited it in a few places, but for a couple days practice (And shitty as hell recording equipment), I think it turned out pretty well.

Alright, so I purchased a copy of this the day before CT DS came out in Japan, and I suppose I'll be the bearer of bad news.
As far as I can read (And I can read Japanese pretty well), there is no info on the Dream Devourer, Lavos, or any of that jazz. No commentary either. In fact, there isn't even a strategy on how to beat any of the canon bosses in the extra dungeon. The dimensional Vortex gets no coverage. Disappointing? Yes, it is.
I'd argue the book isn't worth it, but because it's something related to our favorite series, I'd recommend buying it just to boost sales. Heh.
