Cats!?

Alright I know you can get like a million- (or eleven) cats in Crono's house by winning more and more cat food, but I vaguely remember getting a cat at the end of time,I think it was the one from Ozzie's castle.

Am I crazy?

I've been replaying the good old Chrono game and couldn't get it to happen again!  Any insight?

As a side note I was Rom hacking and noticed Alfador as an object in Chrono's kitchen, is that in an ending or is there a way to get Alfador as well?

I've never heard of the cat in the end of time, but there is an "Alfador" in Crono's kitchen. The last cat you get is purple.
You could check the event data for the End of Time to see if there's any cat object there. I doubt there is, though.

Yeah I'm wrong, no cat in the objects at the end of time. Hmm my memory must be really really off. :shock:


Anyway, Thanks for the info! Too bad you cant really get Alfador.

When I first saw the purple cat, I thought 'Alfador!?'.

Then I remembered the 13,000 years of difference...

But at the end of the game all Crono's cats go through the gate.

What if all the cats you see in the game, Tyranno Lair, Ozzie's Fort, Sewer Access, and even Alfador himself, all belonged to Crono before travelling through all time periods?

That's impossible. What if Crono crashes the Epoch? How will the cats travel?

Even without that case, it's impossible. There is a lot of evidence against it.

So the cats were watching out for you during your travels?
Giant's Claw Cat: Oh hey, there's Crono! He used to feed me aaalll the time! I think I'll help him by jumping down this hole..
Ozzie Lair Cat: Oh no, Crono's getting beat up by a fat green blob! Let's press this switch and save him.
Awesome.

But when Crono's cats all go through that gate, they're all the same colour. Apparently the black cats, white cats, and Alfador clone decided to stay home.

But the number of cats is still the same as the ones owned. It seems the cats were recolored, or are other cats who randomly decided to follow Crono's.

Still, they can't be the same cats Crono happens to find during the adventure.

Crono's mom thought it was odd to be having black, white and purple cats so she (somehow)colored them all orange.

I wonder what ever did happen to his mother and all those cats. . .I felt bad for the cat that fell through the hole in the giants claw I kept trying to save it lol.
