Not to mention that the FF6 characters had distinct personalities and backstories, some more developed than others. Even having played FF6 many years ago and Chrono Cross only this year, FF6's characters remain a lot fresher in my mind.

Yeah, that makes sense. I only put the sun there 'cause the sky looked sort of empty and the sea flat. Clearly I was taking one too many liberties with artistic license there...  :)

Thanks for the tips! It's true, I realized that Kid should be darker, but it looked nicer bright so I went with it. Also, I'm coloring with a mouse, so I wasn't inclined to do so much shading since I didn't have perfect control. Another reason for the "cardboard" landscapes. Though I do realize that isn't a good excuse ^_^

That is an impressive price tag for an impressive collection...unfortunately, as an income-less student, it's beyond my reach.  :(   If the collection does get broken up, though, I would definitely try my luck.

Liked it. It helped to get a main character whom I could connect with. Serge is silent throughout Cross, and as one half of a destined relationship or whatever, that made it a bit hard to swallow.

And, of course, MAGIL =D
