- STATIC -- The site is quiet or frozen, no discernible updates or no updates needed. Sites that are completely finished regarding their original purpose are static. The presence of a 'Coming soon' note disqualifies placement in this category.
- DYING -- No updates have been made in six months.
- DEAD -- No updates have been made in one year.
