Nizbel is Azala's primary henchman, a fearsome beast who outweighs the other fighters in the Reptite army. He has some intelligence, and his second incarnation even speaks to the party. Cryptically noting that "The great Nizbel was defeated here!" before fighting the party, he was originally meant to say "It's not simply just past here. It's just past having beaten me, Nizbel-sama, who has returned!" in reference to his blocking the way to Azala.
