Algetty was explored by ascending, and the halls before the Mt. Woe were changed. One unfinished room also exists. The Beast's Nest is composed of two screens instead of one. Lastly, a strange room that is found with Algetty in the event data contains messed up graphics and weird red boxes.

As written on The Cutting Room Floor, the Beast's nest was intended to be twice as long, with extra encounters. Events can be reactivated with these codes:
