Steena, the spiritual, mystic researcher of Dragonian prophecy, is the chief of Guldove and holds the Dragon Tear. Born and raised to be a shrine maiden under chief Direa, she assumed control over the position when Direa died. She maintained an encyclopedic knowledge of tradition and Dragonian lore, even knowing of the fabled Chrono Cross Element that could be constructed under certain conditions. She was visited by Serge in 1020 A.D.; she instantly recognized him from prophecy, and understood his condition and role in the binding of the human world by fate. She allowed him to borrow the Dragon Tear, and also accompanied him to Fort Dragonia. After he retrieved his normal body, she counseled him on his future actions, and also noted that the Chrono Cross could be generated at Divine Dragon Falls. This feat was eventaully realized once the six relics of the Dragons had been collected, along with the two shards of the Dragon Tears from either dimension. Steena then stayed in Serge's party until the Time Devourer was defeated, briefly visiting her other self and Direa in Another World.
Steena is very like her Home World counterpart, save that she still serves under Direa. She initially guided Serge on his quest when he first came to Guldove in search of knowledge concerning the two dimensions and Fort Dragonia.
[Steena] Hmph, it's useless for a spiritualist to have their fortune read.
Steena: This is... divine power! I see... In order to save the many, the few have to be sacrificed... That is the truth...!? It makes us seem oh-so-powerless...! That is the reason why we must live shoulder-to-shoulder and hand-in-hand!
Steena: So this is the final gate, which leads to the darkness of time... Then it is time. Let us see what our resolve shall bear!
Steena: Thank you for everything, Serge. Please take good care.
