IRC chat service downtime

It looks like our VPS account for the chat service is broken. I'll have to set up a new IRC service on my other account in a few weeks. In the meantime, the IRC chat service will remain down.

Aww man. I liked sitting around, occasionally bothering Romana. Oh well, at least the problem is figured out.
