... but since it wasn't mentioned here (well, as far as I'm aware of, but I don't think it was)...

Anyway, back in August, months after the game Super Robot Wars K was released, only in Japan as it is the nature of the series, there came an announcement of Namco Bandai apologizing for using certain music in the game.

This was one of two (as far as I know, it was only two):

Its good that they are appoligizing. I'm not sure about Japan's copyright laws on music, but in the US if you look at Vanilla Ice got pant sued off him for the same thing.
