I just slow the emulation speed, turn off some layers, take lots of screenshots and organize them in photoshop. Lavos would take quite a few shots, since he changes so much and has so much screentime, but it would be possible. I'll work on the gate animation and the earth tomorrow, at least.

I can get you a gif animation of the Gate Interior.

It's a bit tricky to do in Photoshop, but it can be done.

Zephira, do you have enough frames to make the gate animation go through at least one full back-and-forth cycle before the black circle cropping begins? I think the first gate animation (when Chrono goes to 600AD for the first time) includes multiple repetitions, while all the later ones are the length you've posted. Not sure how the frame repetition works in the first case vs. the latter cases.

No, not enough for a full one, I think. I'll run through Crono's gate a few times and get the rest.

I know this topic is years old.
But has anyone tried vSNES? It is not something new but can do the job nicely.

These are from ct jet bike special.
