That makes it sound like some nigh impossible chore or something...C'mon, emulators now-a-days will auto-patch for you. Is it really that hard to rename a file?...not that IPS is brain science as-is (as easy as like, what? 2 clicks?)...The only effort was in the creating of the game, not in the playing...>_>You should be playing more fangames and/or hacks. Some of them are quite good (heck, there's even a whole thread over in the General Discussion forum). And ROM hacks in general are just heavenly--many of your favorite games are being revisited and revamped by fans like you to give you a whole new experience with games lodged deep in your memory. It's fuckin' great. Prophet's Guile was the first hack I played through and I was blown away by it. I have no doubt that CE will do the same...but it's been a while since the demos, so I have no clue what's in store for us.
