Anyone else see it?

I don't have much to say. I silently cried the last twenty minutes. Clint Eastwood is a national treasure.

I haven't seen it, but it looks like he's basically playing The Old Man With No Name in it...>_> And based on computer analysis of his vocal patterns...CLINT EASTWOOD IS BATMAN!!!

It looks like the story of Dirty Harry after he retires and can't kick sufficient ass anymore and is racist towards asian people and doesn't like loud music in his neighborhood because he is disgruntled about not being able to kick sufficient ass anymore.

Which looks awesome to me. I'll probably see it tonight.

  I couldn't help but think the same thing sorta.  "Goddamn Asians!  Quit ruining my lawn!"  But it does look very good and I've heard nothing but good things.  I still need to see The Wrestler, though.

Heard it's good.  I may check it out this month.  Not much of a theater goer.

I'm still dissappointed Eastwood wasn't on the presidential ballot...  Someday...

It's damn good. I wanted to see this movie when I first heard about it. When I finally did see it in the theater, I was in awe. It's basically vintage Eastwood (kicking ass and acting gruff) with more heart than I've seen in other movies come of late. The ending was beyond words. The resolution to the story quite realistic..and a fine resolution considering the burden Eastwood's character carried throughout his life...

I recommend it. Go see it.

So I finally just saw this movie... Oh my gosh.  I want to talk about it.  That's one of the best things to come out of Hollywood in a long long time.  Man.  That was a beautiful, thought-provoking, intelligent, touching, meaningful film.  Damn.

Just read the plot on wiki.  Not my cup of tea.  nor are any of Clint Eastwood's movies, except maybe some of the western ones from way back when.

I dunno, it just makes you appreciate the human condition; appreciate the chore that is working, living, dying, being.

I never have cried at a movie, but I wanted to bawl by end credits.

I'm watching this with my girlfriend tonight. I'm very excited. I'm a huge Clint fan, and this movie seems like the perfect end to his great career.
