Graphical Error at Northern Ruins/ Hero's Grave?

Okay, apparently I don't recall seeing some extra walls or light at the top right of the grave where Cyrus rests. go to the top right and go in between the two ledges and you should see something on the top most right side of the screen. Is this some sort of error?

I have encountered a similar thing, but on another part of the place.
