If the later, I really envy him. *-*I'm not sure of his techniques really...I haven't seen him in about 3 years or so, nor talked to him in 6 months...so my memory is fuzzy as to how he draws...or how his drawing skills have evolved...but judging by the rest of his DA site...he seems to be doing quite nicely.
