It is called Devourer of Time, and it has a semi-sequel called Devourer of Worlds. Both are still incomplete, but DoT has a downloadable patch with Eliwood's Story changed and playable. In the two newer ones GC, and Wii ones the was one unit that was 4 squares I think.
