Didn't finish the Museum yet, but the Jade Orb Quest was more like, well, a side-step. It was to short and there was no real reward(except the cool scene), but players usually want some kind of Item reward. Colliseum is my favorite, of course, but the difficulties are hell (from blue imp to red nu).

Yeah, the Jade Orb had a great reward scene, but it was rather senseless in that it's totally disconnected to both the plot (it fell a bit out of place) and to the game (no real reward). The Museum is senseless in a way too but not totally since it fills the role of the collectible side-quest seen in many games. The Jade Orb side-quest on the other hand was much more "meaningless". The end of the quest makes sense (a little flashback of Magus), but the beginning make less sence IMO (why would you search the random stuff for the old man, and why would you give him?).
