Quote from: Leebot
Anger, among other effects such as impaired judgment, causes a release of adrenaline. The effects of adrenaline vary quite a bit, but always include increased energy. Some possible effects are:

-Increased physical strength
-Sharpened senses
-Increased mental acuity
-Dampening of pain
-Eustress (the opposite of distress)

So, it is possible for anger to increase mental capabilities, but it will also result in less control.

This might be a good way to explain how some of the more powerful magic attacks done by the group occur. Like Luminare or Flare.

Yeah, it's always been a little theory of mine that most battle conventions seen in RPG's are enabled by a release of adrenaline (which may have different effects in different game universes). This explains why you can't use that oh-so-useful 0 MP recovery skill outside of battle.
