the French version did not use the retranslated English script as a base. I was quite suprised to see a "French Translation" credit when I finished the game, so I put my DS in French (also my mother tongue) to check out.

Masamune is Grandleon. Ozzie, Slash and Flea are Vinnie, Soya and Mayo.

I'm a little surprised no one has noticed this yet, but... the description on Lucca's Wondershot now says "Play time determines damage."  If this turns out to actually be the case, I must say I will be most pleased.

Vinnie
ビネガー  / vinegar

Mayo
マヨネイ (マヨネーズ) / mayonnaise

Soya
ソイソー / soisor / Soy Sauce

The three are all food/spice names...

Maybe the minimum will be increased? Since its maximum is aleady 250...

Changes I've found so far.

These are some changes i noticed in the game. That aren't found on the CTDS page.

- The video for the Day of Lavos freezes some, unlike the SNES where it just only glitched the video.
- When moving the barrels in the Factory, the screen flashes when trying to input the command
- Norstein Bekkler jumps every time the Clone makes an action in CTDS, he does nothing in the SNES version.

OK, they finally translated Biggs' name correctly. lol

BTW, I remember it was Vicks in FF6 too(the 2 empire soldiers at the beginning, Vicks and Wedge).

Toma's death is no longer in June, it is now Thirdmoon.

What kind of change is that?

Thirdmoon? WTF is that?

Maybe the third month? Which would be March instead of June.

Can't remember the whole thing, but the date went:

'Sixth of Thirdmoon, year 634'

The day is still the 6th, regardless of SNES/DS/JP/EN.

Actually, i'm pretty sure I mentioned that at one point...Though, as I've said, it's a big fuckall thread that's impossible to sift through...Anyways, what's so pleasing about that...? I assumed that it meant that the game clock's digits determined the damage like how Robo's last HP digit determines the Crisis Arm's damage...I have no idea how you'd be able to confirm this though...V_V

About Toma's tomb, it says '王國曆 634.3.6' in JPN version. Maybe 王國曆 can be translated into Gardian Calender, since its literal meaning is 'Kingdom Calender'.
So maybe it doesn't use the Gregorian calendar, but the Kingdom's own calendar.

But I don't know what about other dates metioned in game, if there's some Jan., Feb, Mar., or just numbers.
