So far the kickoff game is going fantastic. 16-0 Giants, couldn't be happier about that.

We got any football fans in the house? What's your team? C'mon, it's pigskin time guys!

I don't really have a team...but I'm gonna call an all-Manning Super Bowl again just cause. Giants will be hard-pressed to get that far again, I think, though...but who knows? It's only just begun after all...

I can't wait to see how broken Favre is going to get, though...I almost thought the Madden curse wasn't going to be able to touch him when he retired...the fool~!! But maybe it'll be confused since on the cover he's wearing Green Bay still...

Go Bears!!

I love the mannings though...well mainly peyton but eli by association.  I think when you watch peyton and the way he goes to the sidelines and instantly starts looking at photos of the previous series...you gotta respect that.

First thing I did when I got to work was start a little "chicago bears group.  For bears fans who want to watch the games together.

NFL? Bah. The No Fun League is just that: No fun. Sure, there are some good games, and some great plays. But it just lacks the excitement and the atmosphere that I love so much about college football.

My college is TCU. Graduated from there in '06. But I follow all of Division I-A college football to some extent. I'm a big fan of the SEC (but not of Arkansas; the fan base in this state is totally nuts, and I have no interest in being part of that), Oklahoma, Missouri and a few other select schools here and there, but mostly I try to watch the greater college football season pretty objectively.

I'm just happy football season is here. It makes me warm and fuzzy inside.

I've got a lot of family in Nebraska, so suffice it to say...I haven't really had any reason to be into college football for quite a few years now...V_V

Dude, I live in Pullman, WA, home of the Cougs!

Though admittably we lost our first game . . .

But REAL cougs support their team through thick and thin! :-D

Our store has 140 pizzas to make come game day Sat, $1,200 worth right there lol.

The Brazilian, American, and British teams are the only ones I generally get excited about (and even then, only if other people around me are excited about them first).

... ... ...

Wait a minute, you meant American Football. Never mind then; I'm not particularly a fan. I like playing all sorts of sports, but there are very few I have any desire to watch. Hockey, swimming, and gymnastics tend to be about it (though as mentioned, if I'm around soccer fans, then soccer is quite fun to watch).

I think the world hasn't caught on to the NFL mostly to spite Americans because we aren't into soccer (& because we call it soccer maybe).

College football is a nefarious, evil empire built on chance and broken dreams.

For NFL, Colts first, 49ers second, Giants third (never liked them until they destroyed the Babylonian empire).

I've been a die-hard Colts fan ever since Peyton Manning joined them. I was a Tennessee fan before that, so I followed our star quarterback.

I live in Tennessee. I'm a Memphis basketball fan and a Tennessee football fan as well.

Ah, regional pride...if only I could share such. But alas, I live in Washington state & remember a past of lame ass Seachickens throughout my childhood. I wasn't very good at football games and they were always the go-to team that any n00b could have beaten...It's hard to get over that even with a trip to the Super Bowl a couple years ago & subsequent years of ruling their division...Seattle...V_V

My team has been notoriously bad for years, but at least we got Farve now. Go Jets?!

Hey, at least you beat the fish! That's gotta mean something, right? Oh, wait, it means absolutely nothing? Guess we'll see what Favre can do next week...? Wait, are the Jets playing the now Brady-less Patriots next?
