SCHOOL HOLIDAYS !!

im so happy next friday my school breaks up for the summer holidays (i live in england )
its gonna be so fun ! but sadly its raining non stop over here like usual ! wish me luck lol ?

so is anyone else got the summer holidays ?

no... but i just spent three weeks in scotland (isle of skye, edinburgh, etc) and in canterbury... i loved it.

Canterbury?! GAH, Boo, why do you torment me so? Did you see Canterbury Cathedral? If so, then I am all the more envious (I wrote my master's dissertation on St. Augustine of Canterbury).

Someday... some day.

But alas, like Boo here, I also do not have a "summer holiday," being out of school and currently in the work force. Though... I will be going on vacation for a week (specifically, next week).

Have any wild and crazy plans, Ginger? Like stalking David Tennat? (I would if I lived in England)

This is assuredly my final summer holiday of this magnitude. It's fitting; this year also marked the end of my depression over something. Now, nothing left remains but to achieve my ambitions and dreams. So bring the future to me.

nah ive got no crazy plans ill probably go up town have a laugh and try and get my friends to join the compendium as usual lol !  and im kinda upset doctor who ended !

You know it is planned to come back in 2010 though, right? I also think there are supposed to be 4 special episodes during 09 as well.

But at least you get to watch the episodes when they first air. Alas, here in the States we either have to get BBC America (which I don't have) or buy it when it comes out on DVD (and then proceed to watch an entire season's worth of episodes in the span of 2 days).

I thought Dr. Who was on the Sci-Fi channel. Both the old and new. Or at least it was. I remember watching it. I could be wrong though.

You can stream Lost from the ABC website. Good quality, too, but yeah, episodes go up on the site the day after they air.

School out here in the Burg of Fitch went into summer break June 18th. I don't know when we're coming back (late August, early September), but I know that Staples is already having their back-to-school sale. I think I should go now (or tomorrow) so that the notebooks and pencils don't go out of stock. Had to deal with that last year...
